Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  1. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

  2. Delivery Timeline
    All domestic orders are delivered within 7 to 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  3. Shipping Days
    We ship orders throughout the week, except on Sundays and Public Holidays.

  4. Order Processing
    Orders are processed after payment confirmation. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


International Shipping

  1. Shipping Charges
    International shipping charges are calculated during checkout depending on the destination country and the weight of the package.

  2. Delivery Timeline
    International orders are delivered within 15 to 30 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance process.

  3. Shipping Days
    We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and Public Holidays.

  4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
    Any additional taxes, import duties, customs charges, or local fees levied by the destination country will be borne by the customer.
    The customer is responsible for reimbursing the courier service if such charges are paid on their behalf.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email. Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking number.

    If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and return it to the delivery personnel immediately.

    If the delivery is accepted, it will be considered that the package was received in a secure condition.
